Every year, some 2000,000 people travel the 1,000-year-old journey to Santiago de Compostela (known as the Way of St. James or El Camino de Santiago - in Spanish) - taking time out from their busy, modern lives and perhaps finding inspiration along the way, whilst reflecting on their lives in a supportive environment. Many carry with them this symbol of the St James Shell - believed to keep them safe on their adventure.

Description: This dog tag is 32mm long (including the hanging bail), and 20mm wide. It hangs on a rainbow-coloured 45cm (17.7") stainless-steel cable chain which has a 5cm (2") extender. The stainless-steel shield is mirror polished on the front - and on the back is the bonded gold-filled scallop shell.
